Chair: Cen Yang

Hi everyone! My name is Cen Yang and I am a second year Sciences student at the University of Alberta. I have attended HSMUN three times in high school as a delegate and this is my second year as a volunteer. I enjoy debating with the University of Alberta Debate Society, shopping and eating yummy ethnic foods. When I’m not drowning in school work and exams, I also like to watch Asian dramas and variety shows. Iced chai tea lattes and green tea Frappuccino’s are what I need to be happy and functioning.

Please feel free to come chat with me about pretty much anything.

Beware, because everywhere I goes, I have to take a group photo.

I love debate and with six year of experience, I am excited to see some great discussions and debates during HSMUN this year. I enjoy to travel and explore the world being to places, including Vietnam, Italy, India and Egypt. I keep up to date with sports and have fantasy teams in basketball, football, and hockey. I also keep up with current events and enjoy the humour of watching politics. I am excited to be this year’s DISEC foreign policy advisor and I am excited to see all the unique and creative roles that all of the delegates will play. I will be there to help all the delegates to stay on policy and answer all the questions that people may have about HSMUN.
